What we collect, and what we don’t.

Last updated 11 June 2026

HAPPI is a not-for-profit foundation in the process of being registered. Until it is, this website and its enquiries are operated by Maslow Holdings Pty Ltd, the company building HAPPI. Once the Foundation is registered, this page will be updated to reflect it.

Who we are

This website is operated by Maslow Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 672 433 519) (“we”, “us”), the steward-owned company building shared infrastructure for community-owned financial institutions, on behalf of HAPPI — the foundation intended to hold that infrastructure in common. Our contact point for privacy matters is email us.

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us by submitting a form on this site. Depending on the route you choose, this may include your name, work email, organisation, your country or jurisdiction, the kind of role or institution you represent, and the message you write to us.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party tracking scripts of any kind. We do not build a profile of your browsing. Visiting this site does not, by itself, collect personal information about you.

Why we collect it, and how we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry — to understand which kind of conversation you are starting, to reply personally, and to follow up where you have asked us to. Every enquiry is read and answered by a person, not processed automatically.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. Form submissions are delivered to us via Web3Forms, which processes the submission in order to email it to us.

How long we keep it

We retain submitted contact details for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain the relationship it begins. We delete them on request at any time — use the contact point above.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in our email and Google Cloud servers. Google’s infrastructure may process or store data outside Australia; where that occurs, it is protected by Google’s security and data-protection measures. We do not store your information in any other system.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact point above and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR or UK GDPR may apply to our handling of your information. Where it does: our lawful basis for processing is your consent (you choose to submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry you send us. You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact point above.

Complaints

If you are concerned about how we have handled your personal information, contact us first (using the contact point above) and we will work with you to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy as HAPPI’s structure is finalised — including when the Foundation is registered — and as our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
